To celebrate Water Festival 2020, we are pleased to introduce "Oum Touk by Smart" - a brand new module exclusively for Smart Axiata Subscribers in Cambodia. This innovative addition allows you to have a memorable and enjoyable experience during the festival.

Khmer eCard is a remarkable 2D Animated eCard that provides a unique way for you to express yourself. It allows you to swap your face and your friend's face with delightful cartoon character faces, and witness the enchanting animation come to life. What sets this application apart is its real-time animation feature, which means that it offers an authentic experience rather than a pre-rendered video clip or an animated GIF. Changing your face is as simple as tapping on the character's face, selecting a picture from your device's storage or taking a new one, and then adding decorations to the animated scene. You can then export the eCard as a high-quality video clip and save it to your device storage.

We have employed advanced encoding techniques to ensure that your Animated eCard retains high video quality. This is why Khmer eCard excels in creating superior eCard video clips.

In honor of Khmer New Year from April 14th to 16th, 2018, we have designed four special animated cards that capture the spirit of the season. These include:
